Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN I to perform nursing duties and care management in accordance with established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' clinical needs and ensure appropriate levels of care
• Coordinate and implement care plans while monitoring services and outcomes
• Document care activities accurately and communicate with multidisciplinary teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or a health-related field, or an accredited diploma from a nursing school
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience
• Active unrestricted New Jersey RN license required
• Proficiency in using personal computers and supporting software in a Windows environment
• Working knowledge of case/care management principles and utilization management
