Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN I.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient's clinical needs against established guidelines to ensure appropriate level of care
• Coordinate and implement care plans for members, monitoring services rendered and negotiating fees as necessary
• Document patient care activities accurately and interact with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing or a health-related field, or accredited diploma from a nursing school
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience required
• Active Unrestricted NJ RN License required
• Proficiency in personal computers and supporting software in a Windows-based environment preferred
• Knowledge of case/care management principles and utilization management preferred
