Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN I.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient's clinical needs to ensure appropriate level of care and length of stay
• Coordinate and implement care plans for members while monitoring services rendered
• Document care activities and interact with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience required
• Active Unrestricted NJ RN License or active Compact License required
• Proficiency in using personal computers and supporting software in a Windows environment preferred
• Knowledge of case/care management principles and utilization management preferred
