New Jersey Licensed RN

Job Summary

To support patient care coordination, the full-time New Jersey Licensed RN will perform clinical assessments, evaluate medical services, and ensure appropriate care transitions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess patients' clinical needs against established guidelines to ensure appropriate inpatient care
• Coordinate and implement care plans, monitoring services rendered and negotiating fees as necessary
• Document patient care activities accurately and interact with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Required qualifications:

• Active Unrestricted NJ RN License required
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or a health-related field, or accredited diploma nursing school
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience
• Proficiency in MS Office products and familiarity with case/care management principles preferred
• Basic knowledge of healthcare contracts and benefit eligibility requirements preferred
