New Jersey Licensed RN

Job Summary

Responsible for performing RN duties and managing care transitions, the full-time New Jersey Licensed RN will assess clinical needs, coordinate care plans, and advocate for members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess patients' clinical needs against established guidelines to ensure appropriate care levels
• Coordinate and implement care plans, monitoring services and negotiating fees as necessary
• Document patient care activities comprehensively and interact with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Required qualifications:

• Active Unrestricted NJ RN License or active Compact License required
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and knowledge of case/care management principles preferred
• Understanding of healthcare contracts and benefit eligibility requirements preferred
