New Jersey Licensed RN II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN II to perform nursing duties and care management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' clinical needs and ensure appropriate levels of care
• Coordinate and implement care plans while monitoring services and outcomes
• Mentor and train new RNs and serve as a subject matter expert for projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience required
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in health care payer roles required
• Active Unrestricted NJ RN License or active Compact License required
• CCM certification preferred for Clinical Advocate roles
