Job Summary
To support patient care initiatives, the part-time New Jersey Licensed Safety Associate will provide remote monitoring and assistance for patients, ensuring a safe environment and collaborating with the healthcare team during day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Key responsibilities
- Provide observation and support for the safety of assigned patients
- Communicate changes in patients' conditions to professional staff and complete necessary documentation
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team to promote quality patient care and comfort
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Interest in Behavioral Health Sciences preferred
