Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Auditing Specialist I responsible for auditing and tracking support for the Sales Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly production evaluations for assigned agents
• Audit all inbound and outbound communications with members, prospective members, and agents
• Create and present reporting based on auditing trends and findings

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a call center required
• Knowledge of customer service expectations related to quality and service required
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations required
• Must obtain Medicare producers license within 90 days of employment
