Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director to provide sales leadership and coordinate training activities for independent agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new independent contractor agents
• Train agents on products and selling tools
• Communicate with and retain top-level independent contractor agents

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or undergraduate degree; industry experience may substitute for education
• 2-4 years of experience in insurance marketing and sales
• Must hold a valid life & health insurance license
• Demonstrates a friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Possesses essential computer skills including email, word processing, and spreadsheets
