Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive, Ancillary Benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for servicing large group clients and acting as the primary broker contact
• Utilizes knowledge of ancillary benefits and leave management to address service inquiries and advocate for broker and client outcomes
• Manages the sold case implementation process and drives the renewal process to enhance plan benefits and revenue opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5-10 years of experience in account management or service role within a carrier or brokerage organization
• Comprehensive understanding of ancillary products and leave management
• Holds an active life, accident, and health license
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to organizational change
