New Jersey Licensed Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reporting, including GAAP financial statements and cash flows
• Manage general ledger functions, investor and property level reporting, and cash management
• Coordinate the external audit process and assist with the annual budget process

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 or Real Estate Accounting experience
• Must have a CPA or be interested in obtaining one
• Proactive in identifying and resolving accounting and reporting issues
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and transaction analysis
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Yardi and Advanced Excel
