Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys while maintaining client communications

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the State of New Jersey
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in litigation support and trial preparation
• Experience in handling insurance defense matters preferred
• Ability to manage full case responsibilities with minimal supervision
