Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to manage complex litigation cases and provide leadership in a legal setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Lead and mentor less experienced attorneys while fostering client relationships
• Collaborate with team members across all experience levels to achieve case objectives

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the state of New Jersey
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation and insurance defense
• Proficiency in managing full case handling responsibilities and familiarity with time management systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
