New Jersey Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Litigation who can manage a diverse litigation and pre-litigation docket.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of in-house litigation support, including discovery, mediations/arbitrations, trials, and appeals
• Develop and manage litigation strategies and budgets, including early case assessments and risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with other legal departments and select outside counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for the company

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Current bar admission in good standing
• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in a law firm and in-house legal department
• Strong litigation background with knowledge of pre-trial, trial, and post-trial work
• Preference for candidates with experience in life sciences companies
