New Jersey Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to join their litigation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials independently
• Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while working collaboratively within a team

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Must be licensed in the state of New Jersey
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation
• Experience handling insurance defense matters is preferred
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities with minimal supervision
