New Jersey Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a New Jersey Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while providing leadership to junior attorneys and cultivating client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle all facets of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation
• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved school
• Active bar license in New Jersey
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities with minimal supervision
