New Jersey Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a New Jersey Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while cultivating client relationships and providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including trials and depositions
• Lead and mentor less experienced attorneys while maintaining routine client communications

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Active bar license in New Jersey
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation and support
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience in insurance defense matters preferred
