Seeking a New Jersey Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing compelling case themes and mentoring junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Active bar license in New Jersey
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation
- Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
