Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Senior Counsel will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while leading litigation teams and cultivating client relationships in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances and trials
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys within the team
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school
- Active bar license in New Jersey
- 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
- Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
