Job Summary
Seeking an experienced New Jersey Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage complex insurance defense litigation, including multimillion-dollar cases, while enjoying meaningful autonomy and access to supportive leadership in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes and maintain routine communications with clients
- Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced attorneys while cultivating relationships with clients
Required qualifications
- Active New Jersey Bar license
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- At least 8 years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities with minimal supervision
