Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields, or extensive relevant experience
• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, with expertise in ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM
• 5+ years of experience leading software or application development teams
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture and design, including workflows and integrations
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and frameworks like HTML and CSS
