Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in global enterprises, with at least 3 years in ServiceNow IT Operations
• Strong understanding of CMDB/CSDM data models and integration management
• Proficiency in ITSM tools and integration platforms like ServiceNow
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google) and system architecture
