Job Summary

Managing U.S. federal and state tax compliance, the remote New Jersey Licensed Tax Manager will oversee tax provisions and reporting while contributing to tax planning initiatives in a permanent, full-time role.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare and review U.S. federal and state/local income tax returns, ensuring compliance with all filing deadlines
  • Support the preparation of quarterly and annual U.S. income tax provisions, including current and deferred tax calculations
  • Research and analyze complex U.S. tax issues, providing recommendations and maintaining tax-related balance sheet accounts
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree in Taxation or Accounting is a plus
  • 5-8 years of progressive U.S. tax experience, ideally in public accounting and in-house corporate tax
  • Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. federal and state corporate income tax
  • Experience with income tax provisions and familiarity with transfer pricing or international tax concepts is preferred
  • General awareness of the evolving U.S. and international tax landscape
