Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-Time (1099) Telehealth Nurse Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments on enrolled Medicare Advantage members
- Deliver preventive care remotely and document progress notes and care plans
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams and comply with service policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in New Jersey
- Certification as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or MD/DO from an accredited program
- Current unencumbered NJ Licensure as a Registered Nurse or valid New Jersey medical doctor license
- Minimum of 1 year clinical work experience providing direct patient care
- Master's degree in advanced clinical practice nursing or an MD/DO
