Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled persons
- Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and determine the nature of their injuries
- Independently manage workload, prioritize cases, and prepare status updates for customers
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in good standing required
- Reliable internet access is necessary
- Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email are required
