Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled persons
  • Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and determine the nature of their injuries
  • Independently manage workload, prioritize cases, and prepare status updates for customers
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in good standing required
  • Reliable internet access is necessary
  • Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email are required
