A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager - LPN (Remote in NJ).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate care for individuals injured on-the-job with healthcare providers and insurance carriers
  • Manage medical and workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with NJ regulations
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication purposes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2-5 years of Case Management experience, preferably in Workers' Compensation
  • 3 years of nursing experience, with ER/Rehab/Home Health nursing as a plus
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Associate's Degree or BSN preferred
  • Familiarity with hospital administration and medical management processes
  • Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of customer service principles
