Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager - LPN (Remote in NJ).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate care for individuals injured on-the-job with healthcare providers and insurance carriers
- Manage medical and workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with NJ regulations
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication purposes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2-5 years of Case Management experience, preferably in Workers' Compensation
- 3 years of nursing experience, with ER/Rehab/Home Health nursing as a plus
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Associate's Degree or BSN preferred
- Familiarity with hospital administration and medical management processes
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of customer service principles
