Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to develop and implement treatment plans for injured individuals, ensuring effective case management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage treatment plans by collaborating with healthcare providers and assessing the recovery of injured individuals
  • Advocate for appropriate healthcare services and modify job duties to facilitate early return to work
  • Independently prioritize and manage a caseload, preparing status updates and assisting in training new staff as needed
Required qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or a compact license
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
  • 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS)
  • Reliable internet access for remote work
