Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spanish Speaking Therapist (LCSW or LPC).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and formulate treatment plans under the guidance of the Clinical Director
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, along with case management services as needed
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Current NJ license to practice independently as an LCSW or LPC
• Computer literacy and experience with EHR software is a plus
• Experience with workers' compensation clientele is a plus
