New Jersey Licensed Therapist

Job Summary

To provide high-quality outpatient therapy, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Therapist will deliver remote care to clients with lower to moderate acuity issues, managing a consistent caseload while benefiting from operational support and minimal administrative burden.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions for outpatient therapy
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and clear expectations
• Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with clinical leadership for support

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
• Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
