New Jersey Licensed Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer to conduct medical billing and revenue cycle management training programs remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum and training materials for medical billing and revenue cycle management
• Coordinate with the quality department to identify process improvements and produce training materials
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing billers, including call handling training

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of previous training experience
• Minimum of 2 years in medical billing or revenue cycle management
• In-depth understanding of claim denials
• CPB and Coding Certification (CPC, CCS, COC) is preferred
• Supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership skills are advantageous
