Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate training programs for new hires and existing team members
  • Deliver tailored training sessions both virtually and in-person
  • Develop and maintain training materials that align with current company policies
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in delivering training in a professional setting
  • Minimum of 2 years of frontline experience within the relevant department
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other training tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Deep understanding of the frontline role to effectively train new team members
