Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate training programs for new hires and existing team members
- Deliver tailored training sessions both virtually and in-person
- Develop and maintain training materials that align with current company policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in delivering training in a professional setting
- Minimum of 2 years of frontline experience within the relevant department
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other training tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Deep understanding of the frontline role to effectively train new team members
