Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager- Industrial.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lease transactions and provide operational coordination for a client's real estate portfolio
• Process transaction-related paperwork and ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders
• Track lease expirations and support the transactions team with documentation and client meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 or more years of commercial real estate experience
• New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson's License or ability to obtain within six months
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret financial statements and leases
• Experience with CoStar and Real Capital Analytics is a plus
