Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager - Industrial.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational coordination for transaction management professionals supporting clients' real estate portfolios
• Process paperwork and manage documentation related to leases, renewals, purchases, and sales
• Interface with clients, track lease expirations, and participate in client meetings and pitches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-8 years of commercial real estate experience
• New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson's License or ability to obtain within six months
• Experience using CoStar and Real Capital Analytics is a plus
• Experience in creating cash flow analyses is preferable
