Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational coordination for transaction management professionals supporting a client's real estate portfolio
Process transaction-related paperwork and manage client feedback surveys
Track lease expirations and oversee global transaction management activities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
2 or more years of commercial real estate experience
Experience in industrial transactions is required
New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson's License or ability to obtain within six months
Experience using CoStar and Real Capital Analytics is a plus
