Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transportation Litigation Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to transportation laws and regulations
• Draft legal documents and attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey
• 8+ years of general casualty litigation experience
• Trial experience required
• Transportation and logistics, trucking, and related regulatory experience preferred
