Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriter to manage new and renewal business and lead a production/underwriting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal business while meeting production goals
• Supervise a team, ensuring effective communication and client relationship management
• Monitor compliance with policies and review policy servicing requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or appropriate insurance designation
• Three years of experience in production and marketing of new accounts
• Must be licensed in corresponding areas of insurance
• Knowledge of commercial multi-line underwriting and rating
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with agencies
