Job Summary
A company is looking for an RN II (Utilization Management).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient clinical needs against established guidelines to ensure appropriate care levels
- Coordinate and implement care plans while monitoring services rendered outside the network
- Serve as a mentor/trainer to new RNs and act as a subject matter expert for various projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience required
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience with health care payer experience required
- Active Unrestricted NJ RN License or active Compact License required
- CCM certification preferred for Clinical Advocate roles
