Job Summary

Leading the design of user-centric digital experiences, the full-time Senior UX Designer will manage end-to-end design processes, conduct user research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in New Jersey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design processes from discovery to delivery
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while ensuring consistency with design systems

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in UX/UI design or product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience with usability testing and research techniques
