Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Finance to provide leadership and oversight of financial operations for the business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee finance activities, including the Annual Operating Plan and financial analysis
  • Identify medical cost trends and lead medical cost improvement initiatives
  • Perform financial impact analysis for new contracts and support negotiations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years in a high-level finance role in the healthcare or insurance industry
  • Previous management experience, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • CPA preferred
  • Specialty Pharmacy experience considered a bonus
