New Jersey or New York Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Level Attorney specializing in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical law.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise pharmaceutical, pharmacy, and healthcare clients on market access, managed care, and regulatory issues
• Lead and mentor a team of attorneys on significant projects
• Draft and negotiate critical contracts, including manufacturer, payor, and distribution agreements

Required Qualifications

• J.D. with 7+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical law
• Licensed (or eligible) in NJ or NY; other admissions are a plus
• Experience in pricing, reimbursement, or regulatory compliance
• Prior supervisory or mentoring experience
• Background in pharmacy or healthcare (RPh, PharmD, RN, etc.) is a plus
