New Jersey Outreach Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multifamily Outreach Manager to support the implementation of residential multifamily energy efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with multifamily property managers, owners, and stakeholders
• Generate leads for the multifamily program and execute outreach and collaboration plans
• Monitor program participation and lead meetings with internal teams and utility clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in energy-efficiency outreach or sales
• Previous management experience leading outreach professionals
• Proven success in engaging multifamily property owners and service providers
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools; New Jersey residency required
