Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Payroll Accounting to ensure timely calculation and disbursement of payments and deductions
- Sign-off on payroll processing and auditing for approximately 6,000 employees across various pay cycles
- Monitor compliance with statutory regulations and provide guidance on payroll-related legislation
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR Management, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience managing multi-state payroll functions
- Experience with Workday HCM/Payroll/Time Tracking
- 3+ years of experience managing and leading teams
- American Payroll Association and/or SHRM membership preferred
