Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Payroll Accounting to ensure timely calculation and disbursement of payments and deductions
  • Sign-off on payroll processing and auditing for approximately 6,000 employees across various pay cycles
  • Monitor compliance with statutory regulations and provide guidance on payroll-related legislation
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR Management, or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience managing multi-state payroll functions
  • Experience with Workday HCM/Payroll/Time Tracking
  • 3+ years of experience managing and leading teams
  • American Payroll Association and/or SHRM membership preferred
