New Jersey Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager I to oversee scaffold construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple scaffold construction contracts and projects from pre-construction through final handover
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans while ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams, conduct site assessments, and monitor project progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of project management experience in construction, preferably in scaffolding or related fields
• Strong technical understanding of scaffolding systems and construction methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check and drug screening
