New Jersey Provider Enrollment Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time remote New Jersey Provider Enrollment Manager will oversee provider network operations, manage recruitment processes, and maintain client relationships while ensuring compliance with contract deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage a Provider Enrollment operation, including credentialing and training services
• Serve as the primary point of contact during operational start-up activities and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee a team of up to 15 staff members, ensuring productivity and contract performance standards are met

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Resident of the State of New Jersey
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare organization (Payer)
• 2+ years of experience with healthcare system design and implementation
• Knowledge of provider enrollment requirements for government agencies and payor organizations
