New Jersey Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Limited-Service Quality Assurance Coordinator, the successful candidate will review and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with program standards while completing QA scorecards and providing coaching to agents and supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate staff performance against project standards and contractual requirements
• Assist in developing strategies to improve performance and analyze project reports
• Conduct monitoring activities for quality assurance and support staff training as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0-2 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent education and experience
• Experience working with the New Jersey State Based Exchange program (NJ SBE) preferred
• Experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience
• Must be willing to accept a limited-service position
