Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the part-time Remote Customer Service Rep will respond to customer inquiries, document interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction while working from home in New Jersey.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to daily customer requests and inquiries through various correspondence
  • Document and update required systems accurately for each work event
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure satisfaction and recommend process improvements
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED certificate, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and personal computer skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team-oriented environment
