Job Summary
Seeking motivated individuals, the part-time Remote Customer Service Rep will respond to customer inquiries, document interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction while working from home in New Jersey.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to daily customer requests and inquiries through various correspondence
- Document and update required systems accurately for each work event
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure satisfaction and recommend process improvements
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED certificate, or equivalent relevant experience
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and personal computer skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team-oriented environment
