New Jersey Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing neurology practice, the full-time New Jersey Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage accounts receivable processes, address claim denials, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize revenue cycle performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, analyzing aged AR and suggesting improvements to prevent errors
• Investigate and resolve claim denials, including contacting payer representatives as necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams and practice consultants to ensure optimal revenue cycle functionality

Required qualifications

• High School Graduate
• 3+ years of experience in a medical billing office or equivalent claims experience
• Understanding of revenue cycle performance drivers and complex claims resolution
• Experience with NJ payers and portals required; neurology AR experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
