Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement effective treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals
  • Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness and individual improvement
  • Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
  • Licenses: Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required
  • Skills: Basic computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Email
  • Internet: Reliable internet connection is required
