• Provide direction and oversight to IT projects and manage team performance and development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in applications development, analysis, or engineering, or a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
• Preferred knowledge of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance Business Processes
• Experience with mainframe systems
• Proficient in AGILE methodologies and transitioning teams to AGILE practices
• Familiarity with SDLC practices
