Job Summary

A company is looking for a Statewide Specialty Counselor to support small business clients throughout New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized one-on-one counseling to small business clients, creating customized strategies based on their specific needs
• Develop and deliver group training sessions and webinars to share knowledge and resources
• Collaborate with other counselors to ensure comprehensive support and maintain relationships with statewide small business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three to five years of relevant professional experience in consulting, advisory, and business needs
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM software systems
• Ability to travel occasionally throughout the state and work flexible hours as needed
• Experience in maintaining client relationships and providing strategic business guidance
